Method 1: The Screen Flashing Fix (JScreenFix)
The safest and most common way to fix a stuck pixel is to rapidly cycle power to it. There are numerous free videos and web apps (often called JScreenFix) that rapidly flash primary colors in a small square. Leave this running over the stuck pixel at maximum brightness for 10 to 15 minutes.
Method 2: The Pressure Method
If flashing doesn’t work, you can try physically massaging the liquid crystals back into place (only applicable to LCDs, not OLEDs).
- Turn off your phone screen.
- Wrap a soft microfiber cloth around the tip of a stylus or a blunt pen.
- Apply gentle, targeted pressure directly onto the stuck pixel for 5 seconds.
